摘要
本研究基于算法争议性的热点话题,从2021年发生的算法技术舆情事件中筛选出代表性案例,通过考察不同组织类别的信息把关人对于相关算法事件的价值认知,分析不同信息把关主体如何对待算法这一新参与体。研究发现:主流媒体以政策性解读和陈述要闻事实为主,呈现出积极正面的价值倾向;政务媒体注重对社会规则的解读;市场化媒体呈现出多元化表达倾向;专业媒体从科技、法律等角度来解读算法规则;自媒体展现出敏锐的问题意识,引发情感共鸣,散发出人文关怀。在多元信息把关和资源的有效整合下,通过技术路径和传播机制进行双重约束,形成多元把关防范和信息互动相辅的算法协同治理趋势。
This research is based on the hot topic of algorithm controversy,sifts the representative cases from the 2021 algorithm technology public opinion events,through the different types of the gatekeeper of information,for the cognition of the related value of arithmetic events.This paper analyzes how the different gatekeepers treat the arithmetic as a new participant in the field of communication.After research,it’s said that the mainstream media mainly interprets and states important news in a policy-oriented way,showing a positive attitude;the government media pay attention to the interpretation of social regulations,the market-oriented media have the latent positive tendency of pluralism,and the professional media pay attention to science and technology,law,etc.The wemedia display the keen question consciousness and the humanities concern.Under the effective integration of multiple information gatekeeping and resources,through the technical path and communication mechanism of dual constraints,the trend of algorithm collaborative governance with multiple gatekeeping and information interactive mechanisms will be formed.
