富血小板血浆治疗骨质疏松性骨折的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨富血小板血浆治疗骨质疏松性骨折有效性。方法选择8月龄SD雌性大鼠64只(SPF级)开展实验研究。将大鼠分为富血小板血浆组以及空白组,开展系列性处理,分析富血小板血浆治疗骨质疏松性骨折有效性。结果两组实验对象手术后各个时间段骨折线均在两侧胫骨近端节,下方一致性强骨折线。没有发现除却手术部位之外新伤骨折。上述实验样本的骨折端均取得了良好的解剖复位结果,未发生髓内针异位以及松动等不良情况。对实验样本开展Micro-CT影像检查可发现:实施定量分析结果证实P组实验大鼠BV于术后第1、第2、第4周均比K组高,组间数据存在统计学差异,P<0.05。另外值得说明的是,P组的BV/TV于术后1、2、4周比K组要高,组间数据存在统计学意义。两组实验对象均在骨折术后7天骨痂生成位置发现数量较少的软骨细胞。处理两周之后骨痂位置检测出大量的软骨细胞。在此刻的软骨细胞为整个骨折愈合过程中出现最多时刻。P组的软骨细胞数目明显比K组要多,经手术后第4周软骨细胞呈现出逐渐下降的趋势。网织骨数量有所增加,开始逐步塑形。完成手术后6周可发现高水平类似皮质骨新生骨以及网织骨并存,P组的网织骨塑形情况明显比k组要好。结论对于骨质疏松性骨折来讲,利用富血小板血浆进行治疗,能够取得一定效果。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of platelet rich plasma in the treatment of osteoporotic fracture.Methods 648-month-old female SD rats(SPF grade)were selected for experimental study.The rats were divided into two groups:the platelet rich plasma group and the blank group.Results The fracture lines of the two groups were in the proximal tibia of both sides and the strong fracture line was consistent below.No new fracture was found except the operation site.Good anatomical reduction results were obtained in all the fracture ends of the above experimental samples,and there was no abnormal situation such as heterotopic intramedullary needle and loosening.Micro CT image examination of experimental samples showed that BV in group P was higher than that in Group K in the first,second and fourth weeks after operation,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In addition,BV/TV of group P was higher than that of Group K at 1,2 and 4 weeks after operation,and there was statistical significance between groups.In both groups,a small number of chondrocytes were found at the site of callus formation 7 days after fracture operation.A large number of chondrocytes were detected at the callus site after two weeks of treatment.At this moment,chondrocytes are the most frequent in the whole process of fracture healing.The number of chondrocytes in group P was more than that in group K,and the number of chondrocytes in group P decreased gradually in the fourth week after operation.The number of woven bone increased and began to shape gradually.At 6 weeks after the operation,high level of cortical like new bone and reticulated bone could be found.The shape of reticulated bone in group P was better than that in group K.Conclusion For the treatment of osteoporotic fracture,the use of platelet rich plasma can achieve a certain effect.
