烧结工艺及Nd_(2)O_(3)对氧化镁陶瓷烧结及抗热震性能的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Sintering Process and Nd_(2)O_(3) on Sintering and Thermal Shock Resistance Properties of MgO Ceramics

摘要 以微米级轻质氧化镁粉末为主要原料,Nd2O3作为添加剂,聚乙烯醇为粘结剂,成功制备出烧结性能良好及抗热震性能优异的氧化镁陶瓷。并通过检测空白组的烧结及抗热震性能得到氧化镁陶瓷的最佳烧结条件,再分别添加不同含量的Nd2O3,探究其对氧化镁陶瓷材料烧结及抗热震性能的影响。结果表明,氧化镁陶瓷的最佳烧结条件是压制压强为242 MPa,烧结温度为1580℃;当Nd2O3添加量为8%时氧化镁的烧结性能最好,而当添加量为4%时氧化镁的抗热震次数高达16次。 The magnesia ceramics with excellent sintering properties and thermal shock resistance were fabricated by using micro light magnesium oxide powder as raw material,Nd2O3 as additive and polyvinyl alcohol as binding agent.The optimum sintering conditions of magnesium oxide ceramics were obtained by testing the sintering and thermal shock resistance of the blank group.Then the effects of six different contents of rare earth Nd2O3 on sintering and thermal shock resistance of MgO ceramics were investigated.The results show that the optimum sintering conditions of MgO ceramics are 242 MPa and 1580℃.When the content of rare earth Nd2O3 was 8%,the sintering performance of MgO was the best,while the thermal shock resistance of MgO was as high as 16 times when the addition of Nd2O3 was 4%.
