摘要
近年来,世界各国都在重视环保、节能减排,与传统的气体制冷相比,磁制冷技术具有高效、环保、节能及不产生破坏臭氧层和温室效应气体等特点。目前磁制冷在中低温领域已经得到了应用,室温附近磁制冷技术仍处于研发阶段,主要包括磁制冷机、磁制冷材料、磁场系统等的研发,其中磁制冷材料是室温磁制冷技术发展的关键。本文以复合材料的角度,论述了极具发展潜力的La(Fe,Si)_(13)系磁制冷材料的研究进展及最新研究成果,通过非金属材料、金属单质及化合物与La(Fe,Si)_(13)系室温磁制冷材料的复合,提高了磁制冷材料的综合性能,使其更适用于在室温磁制冷机上的应用。
In recent years,environmental protection,energy conservation and emission reduction are concerned by countries all over the world.Compared with traditional gas refrigeration,magnetic refrigeration technology has the characteristics of high efficiency,environmental protection,energy conservation and no ozone layer destruction and greenhouse gas.The magnetic refrigeration has been applied in the middle and low temperature range.The room temperature magnetic refrigeration technology is currently still in the experimental research and development stage,including magnetic refrigerator,magnetic refrigeration material and magnet system,etc.Magnetic refrigeration materials are the key to the development of room temperature magnetic refrigeration technology.From the combined materials point of view,this paper discussed the research of La(Fe,Si)_(13)based magnetic refrigeration materials with great development potential.The comprehensive performance of La(Fe,Si)_(13)based materials is improved by the composite of non-metallic materials,metal elements,metal compounds and room temperature magnetic refrigeration materials,and it is suitable for the application in room temperature magnetic refrigerator.
