摘要
媒体边界的"融"要求人才素能的"融",进而期待培养方式的"融",并呼唤高教资源的"融"。跨界联动的深度教育合作有助于各高校突破"自成天地"的培养局限和"浅尝辄止"的互动关系,通过综合性的顶层设计,搭建信息互联、资源互通、教学互助的拓展性平台,借由多层面、多形式、多主体的合作项目,整合优质教育教学资源,以融合的指向引导人、以顶尖的视野滋养人、以前沿的水准要求人,为融媒体时代传媒人才培养模式创新提供新的实践方案。
The convergence of media requires the integration of practitioners’capabilities,which calls for corresponding training methods as well as redeployment of education resources.The cross-boundary cooperation is helpful for educational institutions to break through the limitations of cultivation and increase interaction with each other.Through comprehensive top-level design,colleges and universities could build an extended platform for information interconnection,resource exchange and teaching mutual assistance.Colleges and universities could also integrate high-quality education and teaching resources through multi-level,multi-form and multi-subject cooperative projects.Guide students with the direction of integration,nourish students with top vision,and demand students with cutting-edge standards will provide a new practical method for the innovation of media talent training mode in the era of media convergence.
