摘要
从场域角度来看,边疆地区与邻国互通便利,同时,矛盾、问题也就容易产生。国际传播能力建设是我国的国家整体战略。近年来,数字科技的兴起与发展为国际传播的多元性、高效性以及丰富性创造了条件,已成为现代国际传播的关键手段。纵观已有的学术研究成果,关于边疆地区数字国际传播能力建设的类别化研究尚不够充分,因而在实践中亟须制定针对性政策,从思想理念、体制保障、人才队伍以及相应的协同配合和资源整合机制等方面进行优化,推动边疆地区数字国际传播能力建设。
From the perspective of the field,frontier areas and neighboring countries are convenient to communicate,and at the same time,contradictions and problems are easy to arise.International communication capacity building is,a national overall strategy of our country.In recent years,the rise and development of digital technology has created conditions for the diversity,efficiency and richness of international communication,and has become a key means of modern international communication.Throughout the existing academic research results,there are still insufficient studies on the categorization of digital international communication capacity building in frontier areas.Therefore,it is urgent to formulate targeted policies in practice.It should be optimized from the aspects of ideology,system guarantee,talent team,coordination and resource integration,so as to promote the construction of digital international communication capacity in border areas.
