摘要
本研究采集了《中华人民共和国反垄断法》通过15年来中国主流媒体的1707篇相关报道,针对反垄断相关报道的趋势、议题、叙事框架和价值取向进行研究,以期为新闻媒体更好地传播中国反垄断经验与经济理念提供智力参考。研究发现,中国反垄断报道主要采用信任政府、倡导革新、经济影响、市场监督四种以政府为主导的叙事框架,通过跟踪报道“可口可乐并购汇源案”“电信联通垄断案”等具体案件拓展舆论空间,情感倾向以中性为主,负面报道侧重挖掘垄断企业内幕及其社会影响,正面报道则倡导政策制度与市场秩序的协同发展。
This study collected 1,707 reports from mainstream media in China over the past 15 years since the adoption of the Anti-Monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China,and studied the trends,agendas,narrative frameworks and value orientations of anti-monopoly-related reports,with a view to providing an intellectual reference for the news media to better disseminate China's anti-monopoly experience and economic philosophy.It found that the four government-led narrative frameworks of trusting the government,advocating innovation,influencing economic and supervising market were mainly adopted,and specific cases such as"Coca-Cola's acquisition of Huiyuan"and"Telecom and Unicom's monopoly case"were followed.The negative reports focus on the inside story of monopolies and their social impact,while the positive reports advocate the synergy of policy and market order.
