摘要
互联网时代,网络成为地域歧视发生的新场域,也呈现出更广泛的参与性、更激烈的对抗性、更大范围的影响性等新特征。网络地域歧视言论在心理、社会、媒介三者的建构中形成,并表现出了“集聚-共振-对抗-扩散-消退”的动态传播机制。网络空间中地域歧视言论的传播,伤害了他人感情、增加了群际紧张、破坏了社会和谐,需要政府机构、网络平台、网民个体三方协同发力加以有效引导,才能营造风清气正的网络舆论氛围。
In the Internet era,the network has become a new field of regional discrimination.The network regional discrimination speech is formed in the construction of psychology,society,and media,and shows the dynamic communication mechanism of"gathering,resonance,confrontation,diffusion,subsidence".They hurt the feelings of others,increases the inter-group tension and destroys the social harmony.It is necessary for the government,the network platform and the netizens to work together to create a clean and upright network environment.
