摘要
结合华润(渤海新区)电厂桩基施工前期地质条件,通过原体试验工作的认真研究和评判,判定工程桩基方案的场地代表性,选择合适的打桩设备,确定施工工艺和施工参数,对桩基检测试验数值进行了理论分析和技术上的全面比较,了解桩侧摩阻力的分布规律,确定桩单桩竖向承载力及单桩水平承载力,采用高、低应变动力测试,了解桩身质量情况,以评定桩端持力层及成桩质量,单桩竖向承载力.同时进行动、静试验成果对比,确定静载荷试验与动测曲线的相对关系,为将来工程桩设计和检测提供对比和依据性资料,从而指导工程桩基方案的施工.
Based on the geological conditions in the early stage of pile foundation construction of China Resources(Bohai New Area)power plant,selects appropriate pile driving equipment,confirm the construction technology and construction parameters,by means of careful research and evaluation of the primitive experiment.Theoretical analysis and technical comprehensive comparison of pile foundation test values are carried out to understand the distribution of pile lateral friction resistance,obtain the vertical bearing capacity and horizontal bearing capacity of single pile;Adopting high and low strain dynamic tests can understand the quality of pile,so as to evaluate the pile bearing layer and pile-forming effect.At the same time,the results of the dynamic and static tests are compared to determine the relative relationship between the static load test and the dynamic test curve,which provides comparative and dependant data for the design and test of the engineering pile in the future,thereby guiding the construction of the project pile foundation scheme.
