摘要
10kV带电作业已成为电力行业检修、保障供电的主要方式,现场操作中有很多安全隐患,对操作人员人身安全构成威胁,本文分别从10kV带电作业现状分析、风险分析、风险防控措施等角度进行综述和讨论,以期为带电作业的安全防护措施提供参考。
Live-line operation of 10 kV has become the main way to overhaul and guarantee power supply in power industry,this paper summarizes and discusses the status quo of 10 kV live-line operation,risk analysis,risk prevention and control measures,etc.
