摘要
介绍了具有安静、排放洁净、安全、可靠、利用可再生能源等优点的氢燃料电池应急电源车的研制方案,介绍了整车的结构与布局、各系统技术方案,利用储氢装置储存氢气,由燃料电池系统发电,锂电池系统作为功率调整和储能设备,当出现应急保电需求时,氢燃料电池应急电源车可保障用户的负载系统供电。
This paper introduces the development plan of a hydrogen fuel cell emergency power vehicle with advantages such as quietness,clean emissions,safety,reliability,and utilization of renewable energy.The structure and layout of the entire vehicle,as well as the technical solutions of each system,are introduced.The hydrogen storage device is used to store hydrogen,which is generated by the fuel cell system.The lithium battery system serves as power adjustment and energy storage equipment.When emergency power needs arise,the hydrogen fuel cell emergency power vehicle can ensure the power supply of the customer’s load system.

许乃强(1964-),男,籍贯广东汕头人,研究生学历,高级工程师,中国电器工业协会内燃发电设备分会副理事长、中国电工技术学会移动电站专委会委员、全国移动电站标准化技术委员会委员,主要从事中高端军民用新能源发电和柴油发电机组及其电子电气控制系统的研发改进工作。曾参与多项国家标准和行业标准的制修定工作,出版应急电源行业专著2本,发表论文10余篇。
