摘要
目的:实现互联网医院就医全流程线上化,票据管理电子化,财务管理智能化,切实为患者提供更加便捷高效的服务。方法:基于互联网医院,实现电子票据的票据申领、票据开具、票据存储、票据查验、退票退费等功能。同时对接上海CA,对电子票据进行第三方数字认证。结果:实现互联网医院电子票据患者服务闭环,配套建立相关宣传引导及系统容灾机制。结论:互联网医院电子票据的上线稳步推进了电子票据在医院的建设工作,也为互联网医院进一步拓展应用打下坚实基础。
Objective:To realize the whole process of online medical treatment,electronic bill management,intelligent financial management,and provide more convenient and efficient services for patients.Methods:Based on the Internet hospital,the functions of e-bill such as bill application,bill issuing,bill storage,bill checking and refund were realized.At the same time,docking with Shanghai CA,the third-party digital authentication of e-bill is carried out.Results:The closed-loop-bill patient service in Internet hospital was realized,and the relevant publicity guidance and disaster recovery mechanism were established.Conclusion:The online e-bill of Internet hospital has steadily promoted the construction of e-bill,and laid a solid foundation for the further development and application of Internet hospital.
