摘要
目的:设计抗肿瘤药物监测分析上报系统,实现抗肿瘤药品信息和患者诊疗信息的自动提取与上报。方法:该系统采用ASP.NET开发环境、C#、ORACLE数据库、三层架构模式将医院信息系统数据进行标准化处理,提取HIS、电子病历、PACS等肿瘤患者诊疗信息,将其转换为国家标准编码数据。采取中间库的方案,完成与全国抗肿瘤药物临床应用监测网的对接,实现数据上报。结果:不仅完成了将系统生成的数据上报,而且可以监测分析药品的使用、采购情况和患者的诊疗过程,为部分临床科室提供数据分析与信息反馈。结论:将日常重复性工作标准化,提供专业、准确、高效的医疗管理服务。
Objective:To design the monitoring,analysis and reporting system for anti-tumor drugs,and realize automatic extraction and reporting of information of anti-tumor drugs and patient diagnosis and treatment.Methods:The system uses the ASP.NET development environment、C#and ORACLE database and three-layer architecture mode to standardize the hospital information system data,and extract and convert HIS,electronic medical records,PACS,examination and other diagnosis and treatment information of cancer patients into national standard coding data.The scheme of intermediate database is used to complete the connection with the national monitoring network for the clinical application of anti-tumor drugs and realize data reporting.Results:The reporting of data generated by the system is completed.The use and purchasing of drugs and the diagnosis and treatment process of patients can be monitored and analyzed,providing data analysis and information feedback for some clinical departments.Conclusion:Professional,accurate and efficient medical management services are provided by standardizing daily repetitive work and pre-arranging the links.
