基于网络流的平原城市水系功能连通性评价方法 被引量:4

Study on the Functional Connectivity Evaluation of Plain Urban Water System Based on Network Flows

摘要 针对平原城市区域水系连通性评价问题,基于功能连通性和网络流理论,通过在容量约束中融入城市防洪功能需求,将平原城市水系概化为具有功能属性、容量限制和节点平衡条件的单源单汇网络,构建了水系网络最大流数学模型,设计了基于可改进路增广的网络最大流求解算法,将水系连通程度用水系网络达到最大流时的网络流量进行表征,提出了水系功能连通度指标.方法应用于河南省许昌市中心城区河湖水系,结果表明:功能连通性方法计算结果较结构连通性方法更符合实际,是对平原城市水系连通性评价功能性理论的完善和定量化计算方法的探索. In response to the connectivity evaluation of water system in plain urban areas,on the basis of functional connectivity thought and network flow theory,the water system of plain urban was generalized into a single source and single outlet network with functional attributes,capacity limits and node equilibrium conditions by integrating the urban flood control requirements into the capacity constraint,and the mathematical model of maximal flow of the water system network was constructed,the algorithm for the network maximal flow based on augmenting path was designed,the connectivity of water system was characterized by the network flow at the maximum flow of the water network,and an indicator of water system functional connectivity was put forward.Using the water system in central urban district of Xuchang City as example,the results show that the calculation results of functional connectivity are more realistic than structural connectivity,and the functional connectivity method is the perfection of functional connectivity theory and the exploration of the quantitative method for connectivity evaluation.
