摘要
电炉炼钢具有投资省、建设周期短等特点,但是电炉耗电量高,所以电炉炼钢节能降耗是电炉企业的一项重要工作,本文从现场生产和对生产数据的统计分析,查找出电炉冶炼电耗高的因素。降低电炉电耗要综合考虑废钢体积、冶炼时间、氧气消耗量、工人操作水平等因素。本文主要通过电炉配料制度、废钢预热技术、强化用氧制度、生产操作等多种技术措施来降低电炉电耗。探索出实际生产的冶炼工艺,取得了良好的经济技术效果,通过这些措施最终将电炉电耗降低40kWh/t。
Electric furnace steelmaking has the characteristics of investment saving and short construction period,but the electricity consumption of electric furnace is high.Therefore,energy saving of EAF steelmaking is an important work for EAF enterprises.This paper analyzed the production and the production data from the field and found out electricity consumption factors of electric furnace smelting.For reducing electricity consumption of electric furnace,it should be considered the volume of scrap,smelting time,oxygen consumption,the level of workers and other factors.This article mainly uses electric furnace ingredient system,scrap preheating technology,strengthen oxygen system,production operations and other technical measures to reduce electricity consumption of electric furnace.It explored smelting process of actual production,and achieved good economic and technical results,through these measures electricity consumption of the electric furnace was eventually reduced by 40kWh/t.
