摘要
描述了永磁偶合器的结构和工作原理,对比分析了永磁偶合器和弹性柱销联轴器的工作特性。介绍了永磁偶合器在南钢制氧厂3号制氧系统上应用效果和效益。结果表明,永磁偶合器具有对中良好、隔振减振性能优良特点,完全可以替代弹性柱销联轴器,具有良好的经济和社会效益。
The structure and working principle of the permanent magnet coupling are described,and the working characteristics of the permanent magnet coupling and the elastic pin coupling are compared and analyzed.The application effect and benefit of permanent magnet coupling in No.3 oxygen production system of Nangang Oxygen Production Plant are introduced.The results show that the permanent magnet coupling has the characteristics of good centering,excellent vibration isolation and vibration reduction performance,and can completely replace the elastic pin coupling,which has good economic and social benefits.
