柳钢3^(#)高炉炉况异常处理实践

摘要 介绍柳钢3号高炉处理异常炉况过程,经分析认为炉缸不活跃,边缘气流弱及护炉生产等多重因素叠加,造成风口小套大面积烧损,炉缸活跃程度进一步下降,两道气流不稳定引起的炉况失常;通过调整装料制度发展边缘气流,提高炉温,在顺行的基础上循序渐进增大鼓风动能,优化制度使得炉况逐步恢复正常。 The process of handling abnormal furnace conditions of No.3 BF of Liugang is introduced,through analysis,it is considered that the inactive hearth condition,the combined factors of weak edge gas flow and furnace protection production etc,resulting in large-area burning of Tuyere Small Sleeve,further decline of hearth activity,unstable two gas flows cause abnormal furnace conditions;by adjusting the charging system,developing the edge gas flow,increasing the furnace temperature,gradually increasing the blast kinetic energy,and optimizing the system,the furnace condition gradually returns to normal.
