摘要
本文介绍对新型厚板试样立体库中试样钢板定位与存取工艺流程的自动控制系统。该控制系统针对不同长度试样,设计了一套适配的出入库控制逻辑。通过对仓库位置的定义、对试样长度的计算分解归类,调整堆垛机到相应位置状态,最终实现试样自动化出入库。
This paper introduces an automatic control system for locating and accessing the steel plate in a new type of solid storehouse of thick plate specimens.The control system designed a suit of control logic for different length samples.Through the definition of the warehouse location,the sample length of the calculation of decomposition and classification,adjust the stacker to the corresponding position state,the final realization of automatic samples in and out of the warehouse.
