130m2烧结机热振筛改造

Reformation of Thermal Vibrating Screen of 130m2 Sintering Machine

摘要 涟钢130m2烧结机热振筛存在设备故障率高、检修维护难度大、热返矿料流量不稳定等问题,严重制约车间生产的稳顺运行,为了解决这些问题,通过对热振筛工艺取消的利弊以及可行性进行分析,将热振筛取消改成下料溜槽结构,进一步提升了设备运行的可靠性,降低了备件消耗成本,减少对水分及烧结矿质量的影响。项目改造实施以后,生产运行正常,溜槽走料顺畅。 In order to solve these problems,such as high failure rate,difficult maintenance and unstable flow of hot-returned ore material,which seriously restrict the smooth operation of the workshop,the authors put forward some suggestions,after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of canceling the technology of the thermal vibrating screen and its feasibility,the thermal vibrating screen is changed into the structure of the feeding chute,which further improves the reliability of the equipment operation and reduces the cost of spare parts consumption,reduce the impact on moisture and sinter quality.After the project transformation,the production runs normally and the chute runs smoothly.
