摘要
急性胰腺炎(AP)是消化系统常见的危重疾病,发病率逐年升高。该研究旨在探讨铁包金Berchemia lineate(L.)DC.对小鼠急性胰腺炎的治疗作用及机制研究。KM小鼠36只,随机分为正常组、L-Arg组、阳性药组、铁包金高、低剂量组、槲皮素组,每组6只小鼠。按组别灌胃给药,连续4 d,末次给药后取血及胰腺,检测血清中氧化应激损伤标志物血清淀粉酶(AMS)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量及炎症损伤标志物IL-6、TNF-α含量;HE染色及Masson染色观察组织病变及纤维化程度。与正常对照组相比,胰腺组织损伤、纤维化程度明显增加;AMS、MPO、MDA含量显著升高,SOD含量显著下降;IL-6、TNF-α含量明显升高。与模型对照组相比,铁包金高、低剂量组及槲皮素组小鼠胰腺组织中AMS、MPO、MDA含量显著下降,SOD含量显著升高;IL-6、TNF-α含量明显下降;胰腺组织损伤、纤维化程度明显减轻;其趋势与地塞米松结果一致。铁包金可有效治疗小鼠急性胰腺炎。
Objective:To analyze and compare the changes in symptoms and signs,blood routine,thyroid hormones,hemorheology,and histology of yin deficiency and blood heat rat models before and after intervention with raw rehmannia glutinosa using the method of“drug based syndrome testing”,in order to explore the influence of raw rehmannia glutinosa on the syndrome of each group of model rats and to counter prove the model.Method:Establish rat models of yin deficiency and blood heat,and observe the overall condition of each group of model rats before and after administration;Detect blood biochemical indicators and conduct histological observation.The results showed that by comparing the symptoms and signs,thyroid hormones,blood routine,hemorheology,and pathological sections between each group of rats and the blank group after modeling,as well as comparing the prognosis of each model group with the intervention of raw Rehmannia glutinosa,a rat model of yin deficiency and blood heat was established.Rehmannia glutinosa can improve the abnormal indicators of the rat model of yin deficiency and blood heat.Conclusion:Radix Rehmanniae has the effects of nourishing yin and promoting fluid production,clearing heat and cooling blood,which proves the successful establishment of rat models of yin deficiency and blood heat.
