摘要
巴戟天(Morinda officinalis How.)是茜草科植物巴戟天的干燥根,具有补肾阳,强筋骨,祛风湿的功效。近年来研究发现巴戟天及其活性成分蒽醌,多糖类等均具有良好的抗炎、抗抑郁、抗氧化、抗衰老等多种药理活性。在现代中医药传统理论的指导下,进行现代医学研究,在分子水平上,从调控细胞炎症分子、信号传导,信号通路等方面,对巴戟天及其活性成分治疗抑郁症、关节炎等炎症性疾病作用机制的研究进展进行综述,为巴戟天的药理作用深入研究及其在医药临床的进一步开发应用提供参考。
Morinda officinalis(How.)is the dried root of Morinda officinalis in the rubiaceae family.It has the effect of tonifying kidney Yang,strengthening muscles and bones,and removing wind and dampness.In recent years,it has been found that Morinda and its active components,anthraquinone and polysaccharide,have good antiinflammatory,anti-depression,anti-oxidation,anti-aging and other pharmacological activities.Under the guidance of the traditional theory of modern Chinese medicine,modern medical research is carried out on the molecular level,from the regulation of cellular inflammatory molecules,signal transduction,In terms of signaling pathways and other aspects,the research progress of the mechanism of action of Morinda officinalis and its active ingredients in the treatment of depression,arthritis and other inflammatory diseases was reviewed,providing reference for the in-depth study of the pharmacological effects of Morinda officinalis and its further development and application in medicine and clinic.
