系统化护理干预联合无抽搐电休克治疗仪对躯体形式障碍患者心理状态的影响被引量：7

摘要目的探讨系统化护理干预联合无抽搐电休克治疗仪对躯体形式障碍患者心理状态的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2019年2月江西省赣州市第三人民医院收治的躯体形式障碍患者82例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各41例。对照组采用无抽搐电休克治疗仪联合常规护理干预,观察组采用无抽搐电休克治疗仪联合系统化护理干预,比较两组心理状态及症状自评情况。结果干预前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及症状自评量表评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组SAS、SDS、躯体化、人际敏感及精神病性评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统化护理干预联合无抽搐电休克治疗仪可有效缓解躯体形式障碍患者的负面情绪,促进其心理健康,利于患者更好地面对治疗和生活。
