摘要
平湖市"城市园林绿化专项数字化信息管理系统"以《"十三五"国家政务信息化工程建设规划》为指导,以《国家园林城市系列标准》《浙江省园林城市系列标准》等标准规范为依据,精准聚焦园林绿化管理典型问题痛点,通过运用大数据、云计算、GIS和物联网IoT等先进技术,赋能传统城市园林绿化管理,从以往单一依靠人工的管养监管,全面升级为集立体感知、辅助规划、数据可视、管理协同、决策智能于一体的信息化智慧园林系统,通过"数据说话、数据管理、数据决策",形成"人在查、数在转、云在算"的数字化园林绿化监管新模式,真正做到监管的及时精准,提高园林绿化精细化和科学化管理水平。
Pinghu City.s"digital information management system for urban landscaping"is guided by the"13 th five year plan"national government information project construction plan,and based on the"National Garden City Series Standards","Zhejiang Garden City Series Standards"and other standards and specifications,focusing on the typical problems of Landscaping Management,Through the use of big data,cloud computing,GIS and Io T and other advanced technologies,enabling the traditional urban landscape management,from the past relying solely on artificial management and maintenance supervision,comprehensively upgraded to an information-based intelligent garden system integrating three-dimensional perception,auxiliary planning,data visualization,management collaboration,and decision-making intelligence.Form a new digital landscaping supervision mode of"people in the check,number in the turn,cloud in the calculation",truly achieve timely and accurate supervision,and improve the refined and scientific management level of landscaping.
