摘要
我国风景名胜区内的景中村快速发展,但是景中村陈旧落后、数量多、管理混乱等现象依然存在,与区域发展规划的矛盾日益凸显。本文以世界文化遗产地、5A级杭州西湖风景名胜区内的景中村——以黄泥岭区块整治为案例,分析景中村环境保护、基础建设、协调发展等问题以及取得的整治成效,以期为景中村的可持续发展提供一些借鉴和思考。
Scenic Village in China's scenic spots and historic spots has developed rapidly,but the phenomena of outdated and backward,numerous,chaotic management and so on in Scenic Village still exist.The contradiction between Scenic Village's phenomenon and regional development planning is becoming increasingly prominent.This paper takes the Huangniling block,Scenic Village in the world cultural heritage site and 5A Hangzhou West Lake scenic spot,as an example,through the regulation case of this block,analyzes the problems of environmental protection,infrastructure,coordinated development and the regulation results of Scenic Village,in order to provide some reference and thinking for the sustainable development of Scenic Village.
