摘要
本文概述了城市化进程中城中村的现实困境,并以杭州笕桥郊野公园为例来探索以景观为导向的城中村改造策略。项目立足于现状的困境和矛盾,把劣势转化为优势,以郊野公园为定位,以体育产业为导向,以景观和建筑风貌改造为途径,尝试延续原有村庄空间格局,保留都市绿色田园,提升村庄活力和村民收入,促进村庄肌理及村民生活和谐融入城市之中。
This paper analyzes the realistic dilemma of"Urban Villages"in the process of urbanization,and explores the landscape-oriented transformation strategy of"Urban Villages"by taking Jianqiao Country Park in Hangzhou as an example.Based on the predicament and contradiction of the current situation,the project transforms the disadvantage into advantage,takes country park as an orientation,sports industry as a direction,landscape and architectural features reconstruction as an approach,tries to continue the original village spatial pattern,retains urban green countryside,enhance village vitality,increases villagers’income,and promote the harmonious integration of village texture and villagers’life into the city.
