摘要
素质拓展训练所体现的是一种"先行后知"的教育方式,让学生不断在做中学,这对高校在实施素质教育和培养高素质人才等方面起着积极的促进作用.本文采用文献法、教学实验法、问卷调查法等对拓展训练引入高校公共体育课程教学的可行性进行研究.研究结果表明:拓展训练对于高校大学生的身体素质水平的提升有着一定的辅助作用;拓展训练对大学生的社交行为能力和合作能力的提升有着很好的教学效果,同时拓展训练对高校女生的体育学习兴趣、社交行为能力、自主学习能力和合作能力的教学效果明显优于男生;参与实验大学生一致认为拓展课程引入高校公共体育课教学中能够有效调动同学们的体育课积极性和学习效果.
The Quality Development Training reflects a kind of education mode of"trial and learning",which enables students to learn while doing,which plays a positive role in promoting the implementation of quality education and the cultivation of high-quality talents in colleges and universities.This paper adopts the literature method,teaching experiment method and questionnaire survey method to study the feasibility of the introduction of Quality Development Training into college public physical education curriculum.The results show:Quality Development Training plays a certain auxiliary role in improving the physical quality of college students;Quality Development Training has a good teaching effect on the improvement of college students’social behavior ability and cooperation ability.Meanwhile,Quality Development Training has a better teaching effect on college girls’sports learning interest,social behavior ability,autonomous learning ability and cooperation ability than that of boys.The students participating in the experiment agreed that the introduction of the Quality Development Training into college public physical education curriculum can effectively mobilize the students’enthusiasm and learning effect.
