摘要
牛至油是从牛至中提取出来的精油,具有抗氧化、抗菌、调节免疫等药理活性,广泛应用于动物生产、食品分析、医药卫生及日用品等领域。主要阐述了近十年来牛至油的药理活性研究及其应用情况,期望为牛至的进一步开发利用提供理论参考。
Oregano oil is an essential oil extracted from oregano.It has pharmacological activities such as anti-oxidation,antibacterial,and immune regulation.It is widely used in animal production,food analysis,medicine and hygiene,daily necessities and other fields.It mainly elaborates the pharmacological activity research and application of oregano oil in the past ten years,hoping to provide a theoretical reference for the further development and utilization of oregano.
