摘要
恒信高科焦炉煤气脱硫采用了GLT络合铁脱硫技术,该脱硫过程具有反应速率快,选择性高等优点;实际工业运行数据表明,GLT络合铁脱硫装置运行期间,净化后焦炉煤气硫化氢质量浓度不超过5 mg/m3,而且还能高效脱除煤气中的氰化氢,同时能有效控制脱硫液三盐的增加,完全能从根源上消除焦炉煤气脱硫废液的问题;脱硫塔采用"1层空喷+3层填料"脱硫组合形式,解决了脱硫塔填料沉积硫磺的问题,确保装置稳定运行。
