摘要
煤层气开发过程中,合理的排采制度是保证煤层气井正常生产的重要保障。共统计了大佛寺井田29口煤层气井生产过程中的煤粉产出情况,其中水平井9口,直井20口。根据煤层气井产出水特征,判定是否有煤粉产出,没有煤粉产出时水质主要为清水、淡黄水等。当有煤粉产出时,产出水主要呈灰色、灰黑色、含有煤粉颗粒等。通过深入研究总结煤层气井煤粉产出规律和特征,进而针对不同排采阶段的煤粉产出机制,提出切实有效的防治措施。
In the process of CBM development,a reasonable drainage system is an important guarantee to ensure the normal production of CBM wells.This time,a total of 29 coal-bed methane wells in the Dafosi mine field were collected during the production process,including 9 horizontal wells and 20 vertical wells.According to the characteristics of the water produced by the CBM well,determine whether there is pulverized coal produced.When there is no pulverized coal produced,the water quality is mainly clean water and light yellow water.When there is pulverized coal produced,the produced water is mainly gray,gray-black,Contains coal particles,etc.Through in-depth research and summary of the rules and characteristics of pulverized coal production in coalbed methane wells,practical and effective prevention and control measures are proposed for the production mechanism of pulverized coal at different stages of extraction.
