摘要
三维激光扫描技术应用于容量测量是一种全新的概念和发展趋势,但其汽车油罐车容量的测量方面准确度和优缺点如何尚无明确的定论。采用三维激光扫描仪和二等金属量器分别对四辆汽车油罐车进行容量测量,以金属量器的测量结果为标准,分析三维激光扫描仪的测量准确度,同时从测量过程方面分析其优缺点。实验得出四辆汽车油罐车中最大绝对误差为67L,最大相对误差绝对值为0.16%,满足检定规程的要求,且在测量过程中具有操作简单、方便快捷的优势。实验表明采用三维激光扫描技术可以应用于汽车油罐车的容量测量,具有较大推广价值。
The application of 3 D laser scanning technology to capacity measurement is a new concept and development trend,but there are no clear conclusions on the accuracy and advantages and disadvantages of its automobile tank truck capacity measurement.A 3 D laser scanner and a second-class metal gauge were used to measure the capacity of four automobile tankers.Based on the measurement results of the metal gauge,the measurement accuracy of the 3 D laser scanner was analyzed.The experiment shows that the maximum absolute error of the four automobile tank trucks is 67 L and the maximum absolute relative error is 0.16%,which meets the requirements of the verification regulations,and has the advantages of simple operation,convenience and quickness during the measurement process.This experiments show that the use of 3 D laser scanning technology can be applied to the capacity measurement of automobile tank trucks,and has great promotion value.
