摘要
为预防交通安全事故,降低城市交通安全事故率,提高交通管理部门管理水平,提升城市交通文明指数,研究基于人工智能深度学习的交通安全隐患智能分析排查整治管理系统。首先,充分利用移动互联网、AI、大数据等先进技术手段,智能采集路面交通安全隐患特征,自动分析路面电动车/行人不文明行为及其分布规律、路面破损位置、占道施工位置、标识标牌信息;其次,利用移动APP等移动互联网形式,建立“隐患发现—隐患排查—任务分发—隐患治理—审核验收”交通安全闭环管理模式;最后,通过对交通安全隐患整治情况的确认,确保整治方案的实际完成。
In order to prevent traffic safety accidents,reduce the rate of urban traffic safety accidents,improve the management level of traffic management departments,and improve the urban traffic civilization index,the intelligent analysis and rectification management system of traffic safety hidden dangers based on deep learning is innovatively studied.Firstly,this paper makes full use of advanced technologies such as mobile Internet,AI,and big data to intelligently collect the hidden characteristics of road traffic safety hazards,and automatically analyze the uncivilized behavior of road electric vehicles/pedestrians and their distribution rules,the location of road damage,the construction location of the road,and the information of signage.Secondly,using mobile Internet forms such as mobile APP,the traffic safety closed-loop management mode is established that including hidden danger discovery,hidden danger investigation,task distribution,hidden danger management and audit and acceptance.Finally,through the confirmation of the remediation of potential traffic safety hazards,the actual completion of the remediation plan is ensured.
