摘要
总结宾博平教授在治疗小儿咳痰喘类疾病方面的临证经验,为临床医师治疗儿科肺系疾病提供新思路。列举运用麻杏类经方辨治小儿咳痰喘类(急、慢性咳嗽和哮喘性支气管炎)的医案,发现宾教授在辨治小儿咳痰喘类病过程中从辨病、辨证、治法、选方、遣药等方面体现"辨病审因、治病求本"的学术思想,运用麻杏类经方治疗小儿咳痰喘类疾病均能收获良效。
This paper summarizes the Professor Bin Boping’s clinical experience in the treatment of children’s cough phlegm and asthma diseases,and provides more newly ideas for clinicians to treat pediatric pulmonary diseases.In the process of distinguishing and treating cough phlegm and asthma diseases in children,Professor Bin embodies the academic thought of"identifying the causes of disease and curing from it roots"from the difference among of disease,syndrome,treatment principles and prescription.Treating children’s cough phlegm and asthma with classical prescription of ephedra and almond which can yield good results.
