摘要
胰腺癌是消化系统常见恶性肿瘤之一,发病率和死亡率极高,其诊断和治疗已经成为临床医学的头等难题。现代医学主要通过手术、放疗及化疗三大手段治疗该病,但效果不佳且复发率高。中医药作为胰腺癌综合治疗的重要组成部分,在控制肿瘤进展、减少放化疗不良反应以及改善预后等方面疗效显著。徐荷芬教授认为该病系外感湿热之邪、七情郁结、饮食不节等因素,久而积之使肝脾受损、脏腑失和,进而导致气滞、血瘀、毒热、痰湿,相互搏结成积,发病基础为正虚邪实,治疗应从扶正养阴抑瘤出发,临床常获佳效。分享徐老师治疗胰腺癌医案一则,以期为胰腺癌的治疗提供新的思路和方法。
Pancreatic cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of the digestive system,and its morbidity and mortality are extremely high.Its diagnosis and treatment have become the top problems in clinical medicine.Modern medicine mainly uses three major methods of surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,but the efficacy is poor and the recurrence rate is high.Traditional Chinese medicine,as an important component of comprehensive treatment of pancreatic cancer,controls tumor progression,improves adverse reactions to radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and improves prognosis.The effect is remarkable.Professor Xu Hefen believes that the disease is caused by exogenous dampness and heat,stagnation of emotions,and inadequate diet.After a long time,it causes damage to the liver and spleen,loss of internal organs,and further causes Qi stagnation,blood stasis,poisonous heat,and phlegm.The foundation of the disease is physically weak and strong evil,the treatment should start from"Fuzheng Yangyin and Suppressing Tumo".Clinical results are often good.Now I share a case of Xu Lao on treating pancreatic cancer in order to provide new ideas and methods for treating pancreatic cancer.
