人参胡桃浓缩丸制备工艺研究

摘要 目的:探索人参胡桃浓缩丸的制备工艺。方法:人参胡桃汤的处方为人参50g,核桃仁20g,干姜10g,红枣30g。通过单因素考察和正交实验相结合,分别对药材的提取工艺及制备工艺进行系统研究。结果:优选的最佳提取工艺为:处方量的人参、核桃仁、干姜用8倍量水煎煮提取3次,每次1.5h,60℃减压浓缩制的浸膏相对密度为1.15。混合23g粒度为100目红枣粉,玉米淀粉40g,浸膏23g制丸,切丸速度V=26r/min。将丸剂于60℃减压干燥6h得到棕褐色状直径为(6.03±0.39)mm的浓缩丸。结论:制备丸中水分含量(6.31±0.14)%,崩解时限(59±2.94)min,重量差异(3.17±0.48)%,符合丸剂的要求。总皂苷(7.56±0.02)mg/g,有效成分含量稳定,制备工艺稳定可行。该研究可为中药浓缩丸的研制提供实验基础。 Objective:To prepare ginseng walnut concentrated pills.Methods:The prescription composed of ginseng 50 g,dry zingiber 10 g,walnut 20 g,and jujube 20 g.The optimal technique of ginseng walnut concentrated pills was systematically investigated by single factor experiment combined with orthogonally experiment.Results:The best extraction process is to extract the prescribed amount of ginseng,ginger and walnut three times with water for 1.5 heach time.The extract was then concentrated under reduced pressure at 60℃to make an extract with a relative density of 1.15.After that,jujube powder 23 g with 100 mesh and corn starch 40 g were added into 23 g condensed extract and mixed.The pills were formed at the speed of V=26 r/min.After drying at 60℃for6 h,the concentrated pills with a diameter of(6.03±0.39)mm were obtained.The best extraction process is to extract the prescribed amount of ginseng,ginger and walnut three times with water for 1.5 heach time.The extract was then concentrated under reduced pressure at 60℃to make an extract with a relative density of 1.15.After that,jujube powder 23 g with 100 mesh and corn starch 40 g were added into 23 g condensed extract and mixed.The pills were formed at the speed of V=26 r/min.After drying at60℃for 6 h,the concentrated pills with a diameter of(6.03±0.39)mm were obtained.Conclusion:The moisture content in the preparation of pellets was(6.31±0.14)%,the disintegration time was(59±2.94)min,and the weight difference was(3.17±0.48)%,which met the requirements of the national pharmacopoeia.The saponin content was(7.56±0.02)mg/g,the active ingredient content was stable This study provided experimental basis for the investigation of the preparation for concentrated pills.
