摘要
培养本科生的创新思维和能力是高等教育的重要任务。我国传统医药是一个伟大宝库,开展传统药物研发将会获得众多特色鲜明的创新成果,这可为培养药学类本科生创新思维和实践能力提供最重要、最直接的途径。将传统药物研发的理念与方法应用于云南中医药大学药学类专业本科生的创新思维与实践能力培养,提高了本科生科研创新实践能力与个人素养,增强了"药学人"传承和发展祖国传统医药及坚定走药学道路的信心,提高了学生的就业率及就业竞争力,并积累了众多科研成果,为培养适应行业发展的高素质创新型药学人才创造了有利条件。
Objective:Cultivation of innovative thinking and practical ability of undergraduates is an important task for higher education.Traditional medicines in China are a great treasure.The performance of research and development of traditional medicines will obtain many innovative achievements with distinctive features,which can provide the most important and direct way to cultivate the innovative thinking and practical ability of pharmaceutical undergraduates.The concepts and methods of research and development of traditional drugs are applied to the cultivation of innovative thinking and practical ability of pharmacy-related undergraduates in Yunnan university of Chinese medicine,which improves the innovation and practical ability of scientific research and personal quality of undergraduates,strengthens the confidence of‘pharmacists’in inheriting and developing traditional medicines and firmly taking the road of pharmacy,improves employment rate and employment competitiveness of students,and accumulates many scientific research achievements.This created favorable conditions for training high-quality and innovative pharmaceutical talents who adapt to the development of pharmaceutical industry.
