摘要
目的:调查了解黔中地区中医膏方疗法的民众认知和接受情况,探讨开展膏方业务的方法。方法:发布调查问卷并收集结果,对问卷数据进行统计分析。结果:中医膏方的民众知晓率为46.7%,89.9%的受访者表示愿意接受膏方。83.9%的民众优先考虑膏方的疗效及安全性。亚健康状态人群选择膏方的主动性最高(68.4%),其余膏方适宜人群选择主动性仅占20%~45%;50.2%的民众愿意接受1个疗程的膏方花费不超过500元,15.8%的民众会优先考虑膏方的实际效果,其次考虑价格因素。结论:黔中地区中医膏方疗法的民众接受意愿和专业依赖性均很强,但民众认知度、适宜人群选择主动性、接受花费意愿金额总体偏低。医疗机构应以满足民众需求为目标,建立和优化膏方服务模式,切实提高中医药健康管理与服务能力。
Objective:To investigate the cognition and acceptance of the public about traditional Chinese medicine paste prescription in Central Guizhou,and to discuss how to carry out the paste prescription business in this area.Methods:Questionnaire was made and collected,and then the data were analyzed statistically.Results:The awareness rate of the public about TCM paste prescription was 46.7%.89.9%of the respondents said they were willing to accept the paste prescription.83.9%of the public would give priority to the efficacy and safety of the paste prescription;The initiative of choosing the paste prescription was the highest among the subhealthy group(68.4%),and the initiative of choosing the paste prescription was only 20%~45%in the rest of the sub-healthy group.50.2%of the public will not spend more than 500 yuan for a course of treatment,and 15.8%will give priority to the actual effect of the paste prescription,followed by the price.Conclusion:The acceptant willingness and the professional dependence on TCM paste prescription therapy of the public in this region are very strong,but the recognition degree of the public,the choice initiative of the appropriate population and the willingness to accept the cost are low in general.Medical institutions should aim to meet the needs of the public,establish and optimize the service model of TCM paste prescription,and improve the ability of TCM health management and service.
