摘要
金实教授认为痛风性关节炎病变脏腑责之于肝脾肾,治疗以清热化湿法贯穿始终,急性期注重清热凉血、蠲痹止痛,缓解期注重调补肝肾、活血通络。在治疗上主张辨病与辨证结合,擅用药对配伍理论,依病情各异,灵活用药。
Professor Jin Shi believes that the internal organs of gouty arthritis should be counted on the liver,spleen and kidney,and the treatment should be carried out through the whole process of clearing heat and removing dampness.In the acute stage,it should pay attention to clearing heat and cooling blood,relieving pain,and in the remission stage,it should pay attention to regulating and tonifying the liver and kidney,promoting blood circulation and unblocking collaterals.In the treatment,He advocates the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation.It is good at using the theory of drug compatibility.It can be used flexibly according to different conditions.
