摘要
目的:通过正交试验设计方法优化何首乌黑豆酒炙的炮制工艺,为炮制工艺的合理性提供科学依据。方法:在炖制时间、自然放凉时间和干燥温度3个炮制工艺参数下,采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交实验,以二苯乙烯苷、游离蒽醌(大黄素和大黄素甲醚)含量为考察指标,进行炮制工艺优化。结果:优化所得最佳炮制工艺为:炖制12h,自然放凉8h,干燥温度为80℃。结论:优化后的炮制工艺稳定,可连续生产出合格产品,优化的炮制工艺结果可靠。
Objective:Using orthogonal design to optimize the technologies of processing in Polygoni Multiflori Radix Braised by Semen Sojae Atricolor and huang jiu,and provide scientific basis for the rationality of processing technology.Methods:The preparation factors of braising time,cooling time and drying temperature were optimized by using orthogonal design L_(9)(3^(4))which the colligation score of target contenting 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucosidein and free anthraquinones(emodin and physcion).Results:The fairest processing by optimized were braising for 12 hours,Cooling naturally by 8 hours,drying at 80℃.Conclusion:The optimized processing is stabilizing,and qualified products were manufactured uninterruptedly.The optimize processing technology is reliable.
