摘要
子母补泻法属于针刺补泻法之一,五输穴分属五行,分布于四肢肘膝关节以下,治疗上依据"生我者为母、我生者为子"的原则,根据病情虚实运用补母或泻子的方法治疗疾病。论述该子母补泻法的来源、作用原理以及在肩周炎中的运用体会。
Zimu reinforcing and reducing method belongs to one of the acupuncture reinforcing and reducing methods.The five acupoints belong to five elements,which are distributed below the elbow and knee joints of all limbs.The treatment is based on the principle that the one who gave birth to me is my mother and the son is the one whom I gave birth to.According to the deficiency and excess of the disease,the method of reinforcing the mother or reducing the son is used to treat the disease.This paper discusses the origin,action principle and application experience of this method in scapulohumeral periarthritis.
