金钱草类药渣栽培草菇、秀珍菇可行性研究 被引量:7

Study on Cultivation of Volvariella Volvacea and Pleurotus Geesteranus by Residue of Lysimachiae Herba

摘要 目的:系统性评价金钱草类药渣栽培食用菌的可行性。方法:以金钱草颗粒药渣和肾石通颗粒药渣为研究对象,分别用于栽培草菇和秀珍菇,并系统分析两种食用菌中总糖、粗蛋白、粗脂肪等基本营养组分,重金属含量等风险物质,以及槲皮素、山柰素等药渣中残留活性物质对食用菌品质的影响。结果:金钱草药渣生产草菇生物转化率为28%,肾石通颗粒药渣生产秀珍菇的生物转化率为54.16%。用金钱草颗粒药渣栽培的草菇总糖、粗蛋白分别为31.9%、26.9%;用肾石通颗粒药渣栽培的秀珍菇总糖、粗蛋白分别为35.1%、25.8%;两种食用菌重金属含量均符合GB2762-2017中的限量要求。通过紫外分光光度计法测定草菇和秀珍菇的总黄酮含量,分别为0.07%、0.04%;采用高效液相色谱法测定槲皮素、山柰素含量,结果均未检出。结论:用金钱草药渣和肾石通颗粒药渣栽培草菇、秀珍菇安全可行。 Objective:To systematically evaluate the feasibility of cultivating edible fungi with medicinal residue of Lysimachiae herba.Methods:Lysimachia herba residue and Shenshitong granules residue was used for cultivating of Volvariella volvaceaand Pleurotus geesteranus.Then the effects of total sugar,crude protein,crude fat and other basic nutritional components,heavy metal content and residual active substances in the residue of quercetin and kaempferine on the varieties of edible fungi were systematically analyzed.Results:The bioconversion rate to producing of Volvariella volvacea and Pleurotus geesteranus was 28%and 54.16%,respectively.Total sugar and crude protein of Volvariella volvacea were 31.9%and 26.9%.Meanwhile,total sugar and crude protein of Pleurotus geesteranus cultivated with Shenshitong granule were 35.1%and 25.8%,respectively.The heavy metal contents of both edible fungi meet the requirements of gb2762-2017 limit.The total flavonoids content of Volvariella volvacea and Pleurotus geesteranus were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometer,which were 0.07%and 0.04%,respectively.The contents of quercetin and kaempferine were determined by HPLC.Conclusion:It is safe and feasible to produce Volvariella volvacea and Pleurotus geesteranus by using Lysimachia herba residue and Shenshitong granules residue.
