摘要
目的:明确《严重过敏反应急救指南》的制订方案。方法:国家卫生健康委医疗管理服务指导中心发起指南制订并组建多学科的项目组;指南项目组在方法学家指导下,参照最新指南定义、指南制订方法学及循证医学,确定指南的制订计划。结果与结论:指南项目组于2017年7月成立,明确了指南指导委员会、指南共识专家组、指南制订工作组、指南外审组的组成及职责,并确定了指南制订步骤;旨在制订符合临床需求、科学严谨、利弊明晰的临床实践指南。该指南将有效指导我国严重过敏反应的救治。
Objective:To set up a plan in developing the Guideline for Emergency Management of Anaphylaxis.Methods:National Center for Medical Service Administration of the National Health Commission launched the development and established the multi-disciplinary project group.Under the guidance of methodologists,the project group draw up a plan by referring to the latest definition about CPG,methodology of guidelines development and evidence-based evidence.Results and Conclusion:The project groups were established in July 2017,as composition and missions of the guideline steering group,the guideline expert advisory group,the guideline-development working group and the external review group were confirmed,and the progresses as well as procedures of guideline development were set up,in order to develop a practical,scientific,rigorous,authoritative,open and transparent guideline.This guideline will provide effective guidance for the emergency treatment of anaphylaxis in China.
