摘要
目的了解重庆市渝北区50岁及以上老年男性嫖客艾滋病感染状况及影响因素,为制定艾滋病防治策略提供科学依据。方法对重庆市渝北区2018年收集的调查数据使用SPSS 19.0进行统计分析。结果共调查200名50岁及以上老年男性嫖客,平均年龄61.98岁,文化程度以初中为主,占70.50%;93.00%为在婚或同居,职业以农民为主,占93.00%,居住方式65.00%是与老伴一起居住,艾滋病总知晓率为11.00%。与商业性伴发生异性性行为的场所主要为小旅馆、小茶楼、出租屋,花费较少,10~50元的占82.83%,坚持使用安全套的占6.57%,有时使用占28.79%,从未使用过安全套的占64.65%。未使用安全套中有"未使用过"比例占37.50%,"认为没有必要"的占27.35%,"没有买到"占25.00%。200名调查对象HIV抗体阳性率1.00%,2.50%表示既往做过艾滋病检测。老年嫖客艾滋病感染率与艾滋病知晓率、婚姻状况及是否与老伴一起居住有关。结论重庆市渝北区老年男性嫖客人群中艾滋病知识知晓率低,商业性性行为是HIV感染的主要途径,安全套使用率低是感染的主要原因。需要开展针对性的健康教育宣传,提高老年人群安全套的可及性和使用率。
Objective To get an insight into the HIV infection status and influencing factors among male whoremasters over 50 years old in Yubei District of Chongqing,and to provide scientific basis for the development of acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)prevention and treatment strategies.Methods The survey data collected in 2018 in Chongqing Yubei District was statistically analyzed using SPSS 19.0.Results A total of 200 elderly male whoremasters over 50 years old were surveyed,with an average age of 61.98 years old.The education level was mainly junior high school,accounting for 90.50%.93.00%of them were married or cohabiting,the occupation was mainly farmers,accounting for 93.00%.65.00%of them lived with their spouses,and the awareness rate of AIDS was 11.00%.The places where heterosexual behaviors occured with commercial partners were mainly small hotels,small tea houses,and rental houses,which cost less,accounting for 82.83%of 10~50 yuan.6.57%of them insisted on using condoms,28.79%of them sometimes,and 64.65%of them had never used condoms.Among those who did not use condoms,37.50%"unused",27.35%thought"not necessary",and 25.00%were because of"not available".The positive rate of HIV antibodies in 200 respondents was 1.00%,and 2.50%indicated that they had been tested for AIDS.The HIV infection rate among elderly whoremasters was related to AIDS awareness,marital status and whether or not they lived with their partners.Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among elderly male whoremasters in the Yubei District of Chongqing is low.Commercial sexual behavior is the main route of HIV infection,and the low condom use rate is the main cause of infection.Targeted health education promotion is needed to improve the accessibility and utilization rate of condoms for the elderly.
