摘要
明清汉籍中常见的“鲌鲜鱼”和“蜣蜋鱼”“蜣螂鱼”“康郎鱼”“漮䆡鱼”“鱇鯽鱼”等读音很相近的概念,随着《康熙字典》的编纂及其传播而逐渐被“䆲䆡鱼”所取代。抚仙湖沿岸的渔民们在长期的生产实践中获得了一些行之有效的地方性知识。“䆲䆡鱼”作为一种产量相对稳定的土著鱼类在滇省的饮食文化中扮演着重要的角色,历代的文人骚客们更是不厌其烦地将该鱼种的独特性增添到华夏饮食的记忆空间。新中国成立以后,因“䆲䆡鱼”的写法稍显繁琐,比较简化的“抗浪鱼”概念逐渐被使用。
In Chinese,“鲌鲜鱼”,“蜣蜋鱼”,“蜣螂鱼”,“康郎鱼”and“鱇䱶鱼”are very much similar in pronunciation,and are common in the Chinese works of the Ming and Qing Dynasties.With the compilation and dissemination of the Kangxi Dictionary,they were gradually replaced by“䆲䆡鱼”.Fishermen along the Fuxian Lake have acquired some effective local knowledge in their long-term production practice.As an indigenous fish with relatively stable yield,“Kanglang Fish”plays an important role in the food culture of Yunnan Province.Literati and poets of all dynasties have never bothered to add the uniqueness of this fish species to the memory space of Chinese food.After the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the simplified concept of“抗浪鱼”was gradually used because the writing of“䆲䆡鱼”was slightly cumbersome.
