单根与双根弹性髓内钉治疗学龄期儿童尺桡骨双骨折的对比研究关键探索被引量：2

摘要目的研究单根与双根弹性髓内钉治疗学龄期儿童尺桡骨双骨折的疗效。方法选取我院儿科诊治的76例尺桡骨双骨折患儿,随机分组各38例,一组患儿采用单根弹性髓内钉治疗,一组患儿采用双根弹性髓内钉治疗,对比分析尺桡骨恢复情况。结果对比手术时间、骨折愈合时间和住院费用等临床指标,观察组均显著优于参照组(P<0.05);对比两组患儿皮肤激惹、关节功能受限、呈角畸形、骨折再移位等术后并发症的发生情况,观察组5.26%显著低于参照组21.05%(P<0.05)。结论与双根弹性髓内钉治疗相比,单根弹性髓内钉治疗学龄期儿童尺桡骨双骨折的手术时间短、骨折愈合时间短、住院费用低,而且术后并发症的发生率低,值得临床推广。
