摘要
‘紫晶’是从中国樱桃(Prunus pseudocerasus L.)野生资源中选育出的优良品种。果实扁圆形,单果质量2.1~2.9 g,最大可达4.0 g。果实紫红色,皮薄且与果肉不易分离。果肉红黄色,质细,柔软多汁,可溶性固形物含量12%~16%,固酸比21.6,味甜,品质好。植株生长势强,适应性和抗病性较强,易栽培。在浙江地区4月下旬成熟,成熟期介于主栽品种‘短柄’和‘黑珍珠’之间,可以填补主栽品种成熟期的空档。
Chinese cherry cultivar‘Zijing’was selected from the wild resources.The single fruit weight is 2.1–2.9 g and it is up to 4.0 g at maximum.Fruit is oblate,purplish red with a thin skin and the skin is not easily separated from the flesh.The yellowish red flesh is fine,soft and juicy,with soluble solids content of 12%–16%and solid acid ratio of 21.6.The plants have strong growth potential,strong adaptability and resistance to disease,and they are easy to be cultivated.The ripening stage in Zhejiang region is relatively consistent in late April.The ripening stage is earlier than that of‘Heizhenzhu’,and latter than that of‘Duanbing’.
