摘要
双孢蘑菇‘福蘑48’是由As2796和A15分离的不育单孢杂交获得的高产短周期工厂化专用新品种。菌落形态为贴生型,菌丝在10~32℃下均能生长,最适24~28℃。出菇温度12~20℃,最适16~18℃。采收时间比As2796早2~3 d。子实体基本单生,直径3.0~5.0 cm,朵形圆整,组织较紧实,品质优良。菌盖洁白、稍有鳞片,抗褐变能力显著强于W192和As2796。在适宜栽培条件下,产量比亲本As2796提高20%~25%,与国外主栽品种A15相当。适用于周年工厂化栽培模式,鲜销。
The new Agaricus bisporus cultivar‘Fumo 48’,which is special for industrialized cultivation with high production and short period,was obtained by cross-breeding of the sterile homokaryons derived from As2796 and A15.Its mycelia on PDA is flattered,and can grow under the temperature of 10-32℃with optimal temperature of 24-28℃.Its fruiting temperature is 12-20℃with optimum of 16-18℃.The harvesting time is 2-3 days earlier than that of As2796.The fruitbodies are scattered,3.0-5.0 cm in diameter,tight and round,with good quality.The caps are pure white with lightly squamate surface,and the browning resistance is much stronger than those of W192 and As2796.Under suitable cultivation conditions,its average production is similar to foreign main cultivar A15,20%-25%higher than that of As2796.This cultivar is suitable for year-round modern farm cultivation,and the mushroom is suitable for fresh marketing.
