摘要
本综述探究燕麦/大麦β-葡聚糖的益生元效应。体外、动物和人体临床试验均显示燕麦/大麦β-葡聚糖能有效提升肠道有益菌(如双歧杆菌和乳杆菌)数量或比例。与此同时,燕麦/大麦β-葡聚糖能通过改变肠道特定有益菌群及其代谢产物,有效降低胆固醇水平。β-葡聚糖也可通过调节肠道菌群及其代谢产物调节血糖。因此,燕麦/大麦β-葡聚糖能够被肠道菌群选择性利用并给宿主带来健康益处,说明燕麦/大麦β-葡聚糖具有益生元效应。
This review outlines the prebiotic effects of oat/barleyβ-glucan.In vitro,animals and human studies have showed that oat/barleyβ-glucan can effectively increase gut beneficial bacteria(e.g.,Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus).Meanwhile,oat/barleyβ-glucan can modulate gut beneficial bacteria and related metabolites to effectively reduce blood cholesterol levels and regulate blood sugar.Oat/barleyβ-glucan can be selectively used by gut bacteria and provide health benefits for the host,suggesting the prebiotic effect of oat/barleyβ-glucan.
