摘要
本文聚焦北马其顿双语制问题,以南斯拉夫时期马其顿社会主义共和国成立为时间起点,梳理马其顿语与阿尔巴尼亚语关系演变的历史路径及其进入双语阶段的法律确认过程。研究发现,语言教育权利问题是北马其顿国家双语制形成的主要助推力,而国家双语制的形成具体表现为北马其顿语言政策去主体化的过程。文章分析认为,国家双语制的建构是新民族国家社会治理在语言政策上的反映,是地缘政治、民族主义和少数族裔多因素影响下的结果。
This article focuses on the issue of bilingualism in North Macedonia.It takes the establishment of the Socialist Republic of Macedonia during the Yugoslav period as the starting point,and examines the historical path of the development of the relationship between Macedonian and Albanian as well as the process of the legal confirmation of national bilingualism.The study found that language education right is the main driving force behind the formation of Macedonia’s national bilingualism,embodied in the process of de-subjectification of Macedonia’s language policy.The article reveals that the construction of national bilingualism is a response to the governance of the new nation-state in terms of language policy,influenced by multiple factors,including geopolitics,nationalism and ethnic minority.
