摘要
提高生产效率、降低生产成本,是企业管理的永恒课题。随着消费电子产品向轻薄短小化向的不断发展,一些PCB钻孔的孔径和孔间距越来越小,对钻针的要求越来越高,要求钻针满足性能的同时要尽可能降低成本。传统的碳化钨(WC)微钻在钻孔过程中很容易断针,极不利于钻针的利用率和使用寿命(钻孔孔数),严重影响生产成本。文章针对0.2 mm微钻孔的PCB,研究一类涂层微钻的钻孔性能,意在提高钻针使用寿命,达到降低生产成本的目的。
Increasing production efficiency and reducing production costs are eternal issues for enterprise management.With the continuous development of consumer electronic products to the thin and short direction,the holes and hole spacing of some PCBs are getting smaller and smaller,and the requirements for drill bits are getting higher and higher,requiring drill bits to meet the performance and reduce the cost as much as possible.The traditional WC micro-drill is easy to break in the process of drilling,which is very bad for the utilization rate and service life of the drill bit(number of drilled holes),and seriously affects the production cost.In this paper,the drilling performance of a kind of coated micro drill bit was studied for PCB with 0.2mm microholes,aiming to improve the service life of drill bit and reduce the production cost.
