摘要
A油墨是一款常见的二液型感光防焊油墨,具有优良的耐电镀金性及耐化金性。然而,在印制电路板(PCB)的化学镍钯金(ENEPIG)制程中,A油墨在镍钯金药水的攻击下容易出现发黑现象。这种发黑现象在沉钯之前已经出现,沉金之后的油墨面附着有颗粒。这严重影响了电子设备的可靠性及表观。本文对A油墨经化学镍钯金后的发黑现象进行研究,通过分析发黑问题的产生源,解释A油墨发黑问题的原因并提供改善措施,预防A油墨PCB在镍钯金制程中出现发黑问题。
Type A ink is a common two-component photosensitive solder resist ink with excellent electroplating gold resistance and chemical gold resistance.However,in the Electroless Nickel Electroless Palladium Immersion Gold(ENEPIG)process of the printed circuit board(PCB),the type A ink will appear black under the influence of the nickel-palladium-gold solution.This blackening phenomenon appeared before palladium immersion,and became more obvious after gold immersion,and gold powder was attached to the ink surface,which seriously affects the reliability and appearance of electronic devices.This paper studies the blackening phenomenon of type A ink after Electroless Nickel Electroless Palladium Immersion Gold.By analyzing the source of the blackening problem,it explains the cause of the blackening problem of type A ink and provides improvement measures to prevent blackening problem for type A ink in the nickel palladium gold process.
